职位描述：

§ Manage international equity/fixed income ETF funds against their respective benchmarks: create trade lists, proactively manage benchmark rebalancing, manage multi-currency cash balances whilst minimizing tracking error.
§ Ensure all funds/portfolios are positioned within the right investment parameters, guidelines and regulations.
§ Contribute to marketing and fostering of existing and prospective client relationships, proactively lead efforts to disseminate investment and product knowledge with internal and external clients.
§ Follow up with the custodians or brokers on account and trade discrepancies in a timely manner to minimize the risk and cost of failed trades.
§ Keep abreast of developments in index strategies to ensure that the portfolios strategies are implemented efficiently, actively participate in development and implementation of portfolio construction and trading tools.
§ Partner with other departments

职位要求：

Education:
A CFA with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Math. or an equivalent discipline.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must have strong quantitative skills.
Highly computer literate, with advanced spreadsheet-based skills (ideally VBA).
In-depth understanding of international equrity/fixed income markets.
Detailed knowledge of Bloomberg applications.
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese..
ETF operation knowledge and capable of managing related processes.
Attributes and Personal Qualities:
High level of self-motivation, with strong integrity & ethics.
Be able to work independently and in a team as well as under pressure.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in index investment management.
